Order Cancellation Policy Guidelines
- Customers can request cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
- Orders under promotional schemes or special occasion offers are non-cancellable. These are limited-time offers and cannot be revoked.
- If a product does not match the given specifications, a full replacement is available. However, customers must cover the shipping cost to return the item.
- If you receive a product that does not match its description, notify our customer service within 24 hours. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy covers purchases only if the order has not been processed. Furthermore, to request a refund, contact us within 24 hours with your order details. Please include your order number (sent via email) and feedback, if any, to help us improve.
Refunds are not available for dispatched orders. Processing refunds takes a minimum of 20 working days, as per banking and payment gateway policies. We aim to resolve refund requests efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
