In 2003-2004, the company was incorporated as a private limited firm from a partnership firm. In 2007, an ultramodern and fully automated plant was set up in Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, which is undisputedly number one in the state.

The company became ISO 900-22000 and HACCP certified in September 2011, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
